Certifications / the paperwork

Check us before you book.

Anyone can write "fully certified" on a website. We would rather show you the documents. Each certificate below is the actual document, with only what it says written underneath.

The documents.

Certificates are added here as scans of the originals. A hatched slot means the document is on its way and has not been published yet. We do not name a scheme we cannot show.

Why the paperwork matters.

Spray foam and insulation work ends up in front of other people: a surveyor, a lender, a buyer's solicitor. They do not take a trader's word for anything. They want to see who did the work, what they were qualified to do, and what cover was in place if it went wrong.

  • Lenders and surveyors. A cleared, photographed roof space plus the paperwork behind it is what removes the doubt that stalls a sale or a remortgage.
  • Insurance. Public liability cover protects your home while we are in it. You can ask for the certificate before we start.
  • Waste. Stripped foam and old insulation leave in our vehicle and go to a licensed site. You can ask for the transfer note.
  • Your record. Everything we hand over at the end of a job, photos and paperwork, is yours to keep and pass on.
