Tradesmen you can check up on.

We work in the parts of the house you never look at. So we built the business round one rule: never ask a customer to take our word for anything.

Three things we do on every job.

Work carefully

Roof spaces punish rushing. Old wiring, brittle felt, pipes you can't see. We work methodically, protect the house while we're in it, and leave every space tidier than we found it.

Explain plainly

Fixed written quotes in plain English, and honest advice, including "this doesn't need doing". No jargon, no pressure, no today-only prices.

Photograph everything

Before, during and after. The photos are yours to keep. They're evidence for lenders, surveyors and buyers, and they keep us honest.

Why we stick to the top of the house.

Plenty of firms will "do lofts as well". We do the roof, the loft under it, and the walls and hard surfaces round it: spray foam and insulation removal, insulation, boarding and ladders, roof repairs, cleaning and painting, power washing and render painting. That's the list.

Sticking to it means the same crew does the same kind of work every week. They know what failing felt looks like, how lenders think about spray foam, why insulation depth means nothing if the eaves can't breathe, and which paving won't take a pressure lance. That experience is what you're paying for.

It also means we know where our work ends. If your job needs a structural engineer, a damp specialist or a full re-roof, we'll tell you straight away and point you in the right direction.

The quote is in writing and actually useful.

It isn't a sales call. Tell us the job through the quote tool or on the phone and you get an itemised price in plain terms. Where we need to see the roof space first, we come and look, photograph what we find, and tell you what's fine, what needs attention, and what it would cost to put right.

You get that in writing whether or not you use us. A clear, photographed quote helps when you're negotiating a purchase, answering a lender or sanity-checking another one. That's fine by us. It's how trust gets built.
