Old, damp or squashed insulation lifted out, bagged and taken away.

Mineral wool laid in two layers to the current guidance, with the eaves left clear.

Stone wool where you need fire resistance or less noise through a floor or wall.

Thin foil insulation for sloping ceilings and lofts with no room for wool.

Boards on a raised frame so the insulation underneath is not crushed.

The visit
Where the job needs a look first, we come out, get into the loft or onto the roof, and confirm the price. If nothing needs doing, we say so.

Our own crew does it. Floors are sheeted, waste is taken away, and if we find something unexpected we tell you before we carry on.

Dated photos of what we found, what we did and how we left it. Surveyors, buyers and lenders find them useful.
